About Me

I'm Dr. Erin Martin - physician, mother, wife, foodie, nature junkie, definitely Type A, and all-out Wonder Woman (I would still wear my super-hero underoos if I could).  I desire nothing more than to eat good, sleep well, love passionately, and feel like a GODDESS...all the time!  I desire deep communion, ease, joy, and to live in my own power.  This lifetime is short, health is precious, and relationships gift us with the most juicy memories. Nature is my Divine sanctuary.  Travel connects me to myself, deeply.  And I know in my core that Love is truly what it is all about.  I've sacrificed a lot in my life chasing goals that didn't serve me.  I've been burnt out, disillusioned, and completely, painfully miserable.  But not anymore.  I've made my life about going after the things that make me feel good, uplifted, and connected.

I am a classically trained medical doctor
turned holistic healer.

Originally trained in Family Medicine, I completed a two-year academic fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Andrew Weil, MD at the University of Arizona and studied functional medicine with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I starred in the multi-award winning and Emmy-nominated documentary "Escape Fire: The Fight to Rescue American Healthcare."

I’ve traveled and spoken to thousands of people all over the country, I’ve appeared on national media shows, and my opinion has mattered to many influential people.

I’ve also struggled with my health for years and felt the effects of unmitigated stress and self-neglect.

I’ve felt the heartache of infertility, experienced the joys of being a mother, and known the the deep, deep depths of post-partum depression.  But I also know what true healing is, the hard work that it takes, and the exhilaration of finally understanding my body and my mind, and how together they are the most powerful tools for my prosperity.

I’ve been there, done that, felt the feelings, and made the shifts.

I’ve also helped hundreds of women (and men) transform the way they feel in their bodies, shift their mind-sets about health and money and what true happiness is to them, and mentored them to make the changes that have lead to unprecedented results.

Now that I’ve shifted my work from working as a medical doctor to working one-on-one as a coach with highly motivated women (and some men), I am myself experiencing a new level of joy and prosperity in my own life.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make, after all I had invested so much time, money, and energy into becoming who I was.

But being of service and truly helping others has always been, and continues to be, the driving force behind what I do and the decisions I make.
